I used to love staying at Holiday Inns. They were always comfortable and clean. However, the past two I have stayed in were awful, and this was no exception. The staff was very nice, but the room was dingy and dirty. The carpet was stained and the room smelled musty. Had it been for longer than one night and had I not been alone, I would have demanded a refund and found another establishment.

This was a last minute booking stay while on the road. The staff was friendly, room was very clean. My only complaint was there was no hot water in the shower/bath. The water was warm but not hot. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Returned from a long day to find that the hot water was broken, with no warning from the front desk staff or emails sent to inform us. When we woke up to leave the third floor there was no elevator. Myself and my elderly mother had to carry our stuff down three flights of stairs. The service had the optimistic vibe that they cared, but no manager reached out to refund us, or make any accommodation to rectify the issues. Drains are slow to drain, mold above the showers, and stink bugs in all the corners of the public spaces. I would avoid.

Reserved and paid for a king suite with a balcony and a Mountain View. What I got was a king bed with a giant hot tub in the corner, no balcony, no suite, and a view of the parking lot. The sheets, carpet, and furniture all had stains. would not stay here again.

Went for my one year wedding anniversary. Needed a break between working full-time , being a full-time student, & having a newborn, we needed a break, but they turned our vacation into a nightmare! They’ll allow employees that are off shift enter into your room without permission when you leave. One of the workers told me I would like I’m high - which I don’t do. They’re rude asl. Sonja was super nice though. I’ll be reaching out to a lawyer for being racially profiled.
