"Fine for a brief (1-night) stay."

"I stayed for 1 night. Checking in was easy, the rotating doors to enter were not working, so I had to use the side door. Obviously not a deal breaker, just an inconvenience. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The only issue was there was no bodywash left in the shower. I ended up just using the bar soap, but cleaning staff should definitely double check and refill if needed. Parking was a pain because I had to park 2 blocks down in a parking lot. Besides all that, the stay was great and would still return if I was back in the area. "

"I was told that I would have a sofa bed in the room and I got there and it was just a sofa. I would have booked a room at a different hotel had I known that I would not get a sofa bed. "

"Only one of the two elevators were operational. The remodeling work in lobby was incomplete. They charged a fee to park in the large lot. A RV was parked and occupied in the lot with the generator running. They promised to email my receipt at check out and then never received. "
