"I can't say the rooms were spotless but they were clean. The staff and managers I encountered were were courteous and willingly helpful for whatever. I was asked about the room and I brought up the few things that should be looked at and she wanted to take care of it now. I told her it wasn't no need to hirry. They could do it after my stay. The one big thing i don't like about this hotel is the lack of proper parking. Its either on the street or a overpriced lot down the hill. Other than that,...

"The size of our room was adequate for a couple. I don't know how big the other rooms were, so I can't say that the whole place wasn't family-friendly. Entry was convenient with the code. A hard key was available for our room. I wasn't able to change the room temperature, but maybe I just didn't get the technology.
