"Clean bright one br apartment which I was able to get last minute. Staff was friendly and super helpful in every way. Accommodated late checkout and even got me a cab. The only warning with the balcony room that I had is there is some noise at night but with earplugs I slept great. This room also had a full kitchen, pull out couch and a second bathroom. Highly recommend!!!"

"Absolutely awful building. My room reeked of cigarettes all night and day and the bed sheets were filthy. The mattress may well have been a sheet of timber. I had a three night stay but cancelled after one night because of the awful condition of the room. I requested a refund but it was rejected. Avoid this place. The pictures are deceptive."

"The room, bathroom were not really cleaned properly as there was so much dust in the room,cupboards , the sink in the bathroom had a lot of stains, no means to clean the room were available no hoover or broom. The apartment wasn’t even the one I booked as it looked nothing like that. "It is very basic. They should have more attention to detail. When I got to my room, there were no towels and no toilet paper. There was no information on how to dispose of the rubbish. WiFi was good. The place was in a very nice area, very safe and very quiet. The bedding was good. Kitchen utensils were ok. There was a balcony that I didn't use because there was content rain. Hot water would not last for over 10 minutes."
