"We had booked 2 apartments for 2 famies of 8 people and arrived really early due to the way our train was scheduled - check-in time is 3 pm and we arrived 9:30 am, seeing how tired we were and given our apartments aren't ready (people need to check out before they can prepare the apartments for us) the two ladies at the reception ikram and iftisum - arranged for another apartment where we can rest until our apartments are ready- I just don't take this type of amazing service for granted. what an amazing service. I am a Hilton Dimond member but the 2 Hiltons are sold out so I picked this hotel , and now I want to come back in April and will only stay in this hotel - the property, amenities , service all 5 stars - just couldn't ask for more - Thank you so much - this will be my only stay place Everytime I come to Tangier (but please make sure to rent a car as taxi is bit hard to find nearby) "
