"It was a nice stay, the staff is really friendly and the LOCATION😍😍. It was a 4 minute walk to the beach. The breakfast was also pretty good, my only issue was the cleanliness. There were a couple of water bugs in the bathroom and it felt like they probably don’t clean things that weren’t touched. So I wore socks the whole time, but its wasn’t too too bad. Honestly, you could just request that room service come and clean and it should be good. I would recommend because of the location"

"This property is in great location, right next to medina, and this is the biggest positive point for it. Property has nice flowers in the front but the building is extremely old on the inside and outside. When we arrived around 1pm and asked if our room was ready (sometimes this can be the case per my experience tralelling to multiple other countrirs), i was told that it was not (which was Ok), and that a real check in time per Expedia was wrong and it was 3pm, not 2 pm. The receptionist lady mentionrd that service in Morocco is very different from service elsewhere and i should not be expecting too much. Our room was outdated; there was no balcony as the picture showed on Expedia. The room and bed were clean. Towels were so old that they were gray in color and had holes. Safe did not work. The only iron on the property was broken. The gentleman who helped with our bags was very helpful and very nice. The restaurant on the property was good and had a nice view. Taxi service offered in the lobby was 100 dirham in cash paid to the hotel for a 10-minute ride, which i feel like was too much for the distance and time of the driver."
