My only complaint is the motion sensor light in the stairwell shut off mid staircase leaving us to use our cell phone lights to get up to our room."

"The owner and staff at this hotel are wonderful. They wete kind and generous. The location opposite the duomo next to a bar and restaurant was perfect. The rooms are funky and fun. There is a kettle for tea and coffee in the room, which was terrific. Fabulous place to stay!"

La pulizia su alcuni piani andava bene, ma in altri lasciava a desiderare. Noi purtroppo abbiamo dovuto chiedere il cambio delle lenzuola, perche vi erano segni di fondotinta...per non parlare della musica ad alto volume alle 2.00 di notte, alquanto fastidiosa. "The best thing about the stay was Luana. She was helpful, knowledgeable and helpful. The heating unit did not heat the room sufficiently and the floors were way too cold. Rugs would have helped. It would also be helpful to have separate heating in the bathroom along with hotter water for the shower."
