Hotel murah di Moraine

"We booked 20min prior to arrival for a 1 night stay. Pictures were deceiving. Upon arrival it was run down, dirty and it felt unsafe. After traveling all day, we decided to drive further to a safer and cleaner hotel. We were denied a refund as well. DO NOT recommend staying here."

"Rooms need lamps/outlets updated to allow usb plug in. Smart TVs would also be a nice touch. Had a small issue with the room that the GM personally addressed. Dinner was lackluster, but for something that’s free it’s serviceable. Staff an the overall property were both A+ though"

"Breakfast was varied and generous. The hotel staff working in the kitchen were very friendly and very helpful. Raoof Patel, who works at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Every time we saw him, he exuberantly greeted us and inquired if there was anything he could help us with. In all my years of staying at hotels, Raoof was the best example of what a hotel representative should be. We will certainly stay at Fairfield Commons again."

"The room was clean. The staff were nice. Parking was convenient to my room. The air cooled the room. The beds were comfortable. It worked out good for our trip."

"The hotel is awesome but the staff really make the experience pleasant. We felt at home from the minute we walked through the front door. There is plenty of free parking and the area is close to a beautiful park. The breakfast is open to 10:00 AM which means I don’t have to set an alarm to get up and have some food. Rinn checked us in and kept a close watch to make sure we had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Andrea took over and was also super helpful and always with a big smile!...

"Had a bit of trouble checking in, no one was in the office, apparently it’s all done remote! First room wasn’t cleaned, second room was also not clean and ready! Third time is a charm, it was clean, rooms looked recently renovated and for the price well worth it! There’s not many amenities really, but if that doesn’t bother you it’s a steal!"

"Tip - park by the back patio (they have ten spots and easy to get in and out. But, shhhhh!"

"Would have rated this higher except that there were a couple of times that I smelled cigarette smoke near the entrance due to workers smoking right outside the front door (one time I saw the worker, the other time it seemed that way but I didn't see it, just could smell it by the breakfast area). Would suggest not allowing workers to smoke that close to the entrance. I am a big fan of Holiday Inn Express & Suites and probably the main reason is due to how smoke-free they keep their hotels."

"Good place for a quick stay"

"Check in was a nightmare. When we arrived, the person on duty could not log into the computer because her password had expired. We had to wait until she could locate another staff member who needed to be woke up to check us in. We then got assigned to a wrong type of room. We paid extra for a 2 queen bed room and was assigned a king bed room. We got reassigned to another room but discovered upon entering it that it was already occupied by another guest. That was traumatizing for all of us....
