The room was nice and the staff was great. I didn't get a chance to use any of the amenities due to my schedule. My only issue was the parking or should I say the lack of parking.
I love this hotel, I have stayed at it a few times, this one is always my go to when going to Ohio! Jefferey is the best! The whole staff is amazing! You won’t be disappointed staying here :)
This is one of the nicest Hilton gardens I’ve stayed at. Friendly staff and clean hotel.
No on site parking (there is valet) but parking is easily accessible in the many garages next door and across the street.
Not much going on downtown Dayton, no shops or many food options that I saw. But the restaurant in the hotel was great!
This is literally a brand new hotel right in the middle of downtown Dayton. It is in the arcade building, a historic building that has recently been brought back to life after 25 years being closed. It’s very nice inconvenient. The staff seems very excited to be there.
The young lady who worked with us on Sunday night September 20, 2025 was so gracious. We were traveling to Michigan to see family and celebrating our daughter and son-in-laws wedding. They were just married and were doing a honeymoon roadtrip. Some of the holels placed holds on our credit card and we had troubles with transactions being declined. The young lady was so gracious and patient and we got our rooms paid for. Other funds were going to post later and they did and everything worked out fine. Thank you for such wonderful customer service.
It was terrible stay.my rooms view was looking concrete. Everywhere was dusty . Coffee machine and tv and furniture. Also the shampoo run out ,I could not request from reception because I had already gotten in shower.
No one expects there to be no shampoo in the bathroom.
The room, the amenities Jennifer the desk clerk was so nasty. There was no one in the hotel and we got the worst room. We checked in as 2:30 or so and checked out about 5. Very bad experience! Will not ever go there again
only had one person at the desk - had to wait to check in and out .
Little to no parking - and it was street only . Parking garage was far. So we had to valet and at $30 a day it was inconvenient
