"3dias seguidos reportsmos el no service del cuarto en los 3 dias nadie superviso la limpieza de la habitation, bano y cafetera. El cuarto dia el manager Fernandez tomo accion y nos movie de habitacion"

"El hotel está un poco viejo. Huele mucho a humedad . Los elevadores muy lentos . De los 3 , uno descompuesto. Las alfombras sucias . Bufete variado calidad normal . "

"This hotel is outdated and needs a good renovation. Water from the shower was all over the room bathroom (Even with the door closed), drain was half blocked so a pool on the shower was created. Floors were full of scratches and trims were all broken or damaged. Bed was OK They provide a bare minimum of bathroom amenities (be prepared to bring your own stuff) Hotel is well located but seems like they dont care about guests complaints."

"The rooms have broken and damaged furniture. The shower curtain was too short for the shower and had no shower liner. The blind was broken and could not go down. Second room I was shown was worse."

"The hotel was pretty good for the value. The breakfast buffet was very good, staff were very friendly and helpful. There were some slight details that made me take one star off (hard to find towels at the pool, TVs don't offer internet connection, AC didn't control temp. very well). Other than that, pretty solid hotel."
