"This hotel is a gem!! Flanked by stunning 360 degree views of the snow capped mountains and the valley below we were totally enchanted.
Our host was so friendly and helpful and gave us suggestions on where to hike and where to eat.
Their breakfast was extensive - eggs , cured meats , breads and cakes. We couldn’t ask for more.
Rooms were in mint condition. Bathrooms very clean.
Do note however that we visited during the off season so many restaurants were closed. Car parking available on the...
"I was charged at checkout for breakfast which had already been paid for at booking through Expedia. When I queried this I was told I was wrong so I paid in cash. I have since followed this up with Expedia who are unable to get a refund from the property because I don't have a credit card statement as proof. It wouldn't be so bad if the breakfast was good, it certainly wasn't worth 14 euros. I feel like I've been scammed."
"Siamo stati bene, camera pulita, molto bella e comoda, personale molto disponibile, parcheggio comodissimo, posizione buona, colazione TOP. Unico punto di miglioramento potrebbe essere l'orario di chiusura di bar e reception la sera, alle 20 per essere agosto è un po' troppo presto, per chi resta in hotel non c'è più nulla, neanche nelle vicinanze, per prendere una consumazione, per esempio. Per il resto eccellente."
