"I booked for six (4 adults and 2 children), when we arrived they only had accommodation for 4 (1 double bed and 2 singles) however the booking by Expedia confirmed 2 double beds and 2 single beds and accepted the booking for six occupants. They found 2 camp beds for my children which meant we had to squeeze 4 into one small room. "Very nice facility centrally located. We could walk to everything we need. Only yards away from train. Our room had a view of the Matterhorn. Only negative is construction site next to the facility but it had no effect on us"

"Beautiful classic hotel! Breakfast was pretty good! One thing that stands out are the staff, all of them were fantastic! I would definitely come back and stay here again. "This was a fantastic hotel and the views from our room of the Matterhorn were amazing! I selected this hotel as it was easy walking distance from the train station (8-10 min walk with bags), and the rooms that had the Matterhorn views. The staff were very friendly, the room clean (though a little tight with luggage for 2 but manageable) and a very nice continental breakfast. I would highly recommend Hotel Parnass if you are visiting Zermatt and want unbelievable views from both your bed and balcony! "

"This property was amazing! Clean room, spacious, free mini bar, breakfast included was AMAZING! Nice walk from the train station or you can call the hotel for a pickup in their little taxi. Close proximity to all of what Zermatt has to offer. We will definitely stay here again when visiting this charming town. "

"The room was very clean and beds made daily. The bed was comfortable. It was very quiet and we enjoyed our stay. The continental style breakfast was very good, with delicious bread/rolls/pastries. It was self service, which we prefer. We had a big balcony, which was lovely, though not a great view, due to the location, surrounded by other buildings - though in the centre of town. The decor/furniture was a bit dated and could do with being modernised. However, we had a great stay!"
