"The newer shower floors are safer / less slippery than bathtubs & they have a grab bar too . The fridge is larger than most other places so the ice cube buckets actually fit into the freezer . I filled the ice, used it from the freezer & it lasted a couple of days instead of the normal couple of hours until it melts . The mattress was good . . . firm and comfortable . The heating unit worked well / quickly with no odd smells ."

Breakfast was good and a generous amount of food. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Idea for customer service improvement - omit the early check in fee; if there is room availability and it won’t affect your business financially, letting your guests check in early is tremendously helpful and a huge relief after...
