"During our stay there was ongoing construction, and we were woken up as early as 6 a.m. by loud banging noises. On top of that, both the pool and hot tub were out of order, which was very disappointing. The room itself did not feel clean. The floors felt dirty, and the bedding had stains, hair, and crumbs on it, making it seem like the sheets hadn’t been properly washed or changed. "Great hotel! Very eclectic vibe. My girlfriend and I stayed here for our anniversary and had a great experience. The included breakfast, rooftop bar, and jetted tub were a very nice touch. The only room for improvement is the bed and tv. Our bed was very firm and hard to sleep on, and our tv couldn’t connect to internet so I had to connect my phone hotspot to stream on Netflix. We spent most days out of the hotel so the tv wasn’t a huge deal but I was definitely ready to get back to my own bed...

"They do allow pets, however there isn't really a good place for them to go potty. The cable didn't want to work, so we went most of the stay without TV, the heater kept turning itself off, even when it wasn't set to auto. And the bathroom flooded while trying to take a shower and it wasn't fixed during our 3 night stay and we weren't offered compensation or a new room as it was the only handicap accessible room available. The walls were filthy and there was damage to fixtures and the microwave...
