"Clean rooms, big balconies, a nice selection of good food. Lovely pools and beach area. We walked down to the other properties and felt like the rose hall had the nicest beach area. Nice cabana and beach loungers. Umbrellas. Attentive staff. Service pool and beach side. Pretty much everything you could ask for. Drinks were full strength I know sometimes people think it’s watered down. Good music. Entertainment. I wish I would have known about the app before hand so I could explore amenities and menus prior. Overall great vacation nice people. We Avoid signing up for the timeshare schpeel, they might offer you free stuff in lieu of your time to hear about timeshare. "

"Our overall experience was incredible. The staff was exceptionally professional and friendly throughout. I never had any negative interactions with anyone. They were always able to accommodate my requests, no matter how big they were. The constant use of “my pleasure” by everyone was truly remarkable. This vacation was undoubtedly one of the best I’ve ever had. "
