Hotel carino e con camere pulite. Unico problema e poi fortunatamente risolto, prenotato due camere doppie tramite hotel.com, arrivati al check in risultava prenotazione solo una camera, ma avendo la mail di conferma sono riusciti a risolvere il problema. La motivazione del disguido è stata che hanno avuto problemi con il sito..... mah.... comunque disponibili a risolverlo....

Comodo per chi è di passaggio. Per il resto è difficile ipotizzare una permanenza più lunga in conseguenza della mancanza di freschezza della struttura che occorrerebbe di un restyling soprattutto della reception delle aree comuni e delle aree esterne

Posizionato, fuori dal caos della città, ma vicinissimo a Macerata, avrei dovuto avere una stanza con letto singolo, invece la cortesia e la praticità del personale, hanno fatto si che mi facessero pernottare comunque in stanza con letto matrimoniale. Soggiorno davvero piacevole. Torneró.

Personale accogliente e disponibile, molto gentili. Hall spaziosa e minimalista. Camera un po' piccola ma con balcone. Bagno con idromassaggio, pulito e abbastanza spazioso. Buona la colazione e varia.
