"What a lovely place and location. You're right in the thick of Trastevere! The staff was very friendly and accommodating for our travel plans. Breakfast is a nice touch and the patio area was a nice place to sit an unwind after walking all day. The Piazza is close so it can be a bit noisy, but honestly, we loved to just have the window open and hear the crowd. Would definitely stay here again."

"They were so helpful with keeping us informed of the pre-reserved car pickup from the airport to helping us with our luggage as we departed. The room is quiet, great location within walking distance of the colosseum and many other places. The bed was fine, could have used another pillow or two, but we managed to. I would recommend staying here for sure !"

"Room was not clean, ants and snails everywhere. No bat mat, no bathroom tissues. Check in was not easy, staffs are always busy on their phones. We got room in the end side and when we asked about help with luggage they said nothing they can do, check with security. Security guards are very helpful compared to reception staff. Wifi is a big joke, only works if we have luck"

"Apartment was spotless. Beds were comfortable. Wonderful hot shower. Easy access washer and dryer room. Location was perfect for Trastevere walking to everything. "We couldn't be happier about our stay! Ursula sent her son to meet us because our arrival timing was off and he was simply delightful. The entire arrangement was excellent. You have your own room and bathroom and a shared kitchen that's open 24/7. No set time for breakfast. It's literally a 90 second walk to Tiber Island. PLENTY of shopping within walking distance. We will definitely be keeping the info for our next trip to Rome."
