"It was awful how the hotel doors would slam shut between 6 and 11 in the morning when guests or staff were closing them. The noise was so loud I could hear it all the way to my room."

"The breakfast has always good options. The waiters very attentive. Good food and taste. The AC in the room was very good. Only one small thing, bring your own hand towel, because they have only bath and wash towels available. Other than that, we will stay in the same hotel. Great location, very close to the zocalo (main plaza) and Mercado for many souvenirs. Great stay!!"

"The place was well above what we expected with the rate we paid! It’s clean , staff is excellent. Our room was perfect- I just need a bed and a hot shower and that was perfect- the shower was very hot! The outside patio on second floor has amazing views! Highly recommend this place! Absolutely will stay here again!!"

"The hotel is stunning, the staff is friendly and super helpful, the courtyards and hallways are breathtaking. Our room was small, but very quiet and dark, the bed was comfortable. There was a wedding party staying there, and they dominated the pool. But nothing awful. The restaurant was convenient, but the food was eh. But I prefer exploring town for food. Would definitely stay here again!"
