"Staff are courteous. The walls are paper thin, and unfortunately, I had to hear a man vomit every night for 5 nights in a row. The room wasn't as clean as I would've liked and the room can get a dingy smell if you don't put in the A/C and leave a window open. However, it felt safe, the bedding was clean, and the location is about a 10 min walk to the zócalo. Great for the simple traveler that isn't looking for any luxuries. Buffet breakfast is only good if you get there early. "

"Room was clean, white sheets could be whiter, seemed like off white, top bed cover seemed really old. Staff was nice and helpful, not with our luggage to our room, but if we needed toilet paper, directions or any questions, they would help. Room had ac, tv and window, which was good."

"The suite was nice and clean staff were very friendly. One thing to mention was in a full kitchen there wasn’t any cutlery or glasses. Not even a single cup. After pleading with the staff they did finally get us a couple glasses. I believe they should at least supply a couple glasses for the bathroom and to have a sip of Wine😬 Other than that it was great. Breakfast was excellent at the restaurant. "
