Montauk Hotels with Swimming Pool

"Great stay. Clean rooms. Convenient location. Came in clutch for a last minute reservation when we had to switch hotels."

"We’ve stayed at this hotel before in the winter and it was a great. This time we were staying there and there was no heat. All they had was a small space heater for the room. Fortunately the front desk gave us a refund and we went to another hotel but just know there isn’t heat in the rooms in the winter except a space heater."

"Wonderful location, right on the beach. The staff was kind and welcoming. The property was beautiful with a pool, playground, tennis and basketball courts, cornhole, etc. Very family friendly. Some walkable restaurants nearby and a quick 5-10 minute drive into town where a lot of the restaurants and shops are. We did have ants all in our food one day but the staff addressed it quickly "

"I was skeptical at first since many comments are negative. As a woman of color, my experience was fantastic. The staff was lovely. I booked the ocean view room which was to my expectations. Overall 10/10 will return."

"Our stay was great. The location is perfect. We had our dog and the woman who checked us in was really accommodating and helpful. The property is next to a beach which my dog loved. Lots of great food options nearby. Definitely will be back."

"Check in was fast. Owner is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Room is spotless and incredibly roomy. The entire complex is in pristine shape including parking. This is my second time staying here and I would not hesitate to stay a third time."

"It was less than 50° outside, and the heat was not working in our unit. The maintenance person came and showed us how to use the remote and at that point I said that I think the upstairs unit is not working, which is what was keeping the heat from turning on however he assured me that it was working. In order to give the benefit of the doubt I thought maybe it just needed a little bit of time to warm up- we left and came back after dinner. The room was still freezing. We tried calling after hours maintenance to come. We left a few messages and no one came - in the morning We also called the emergency phone number again. No one came. They eventually did change our room however we’ve been trying to reach them because we feel a partial refund is warranted and we have not been able to get in touch with anybody. This is just really unacceptable."
