The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. Our flight was delayed but they were very accommodating and held a table for us in the restaurant. They also made sure we had everything we needed. The room was a bit dated but the bed was comfortable.
This is a great place if you are looking for a place to relax. It is a bit in the middle of nowhere and you will have to drive about 30-40 min to get to a city.
The resort is beautiful. The rooms were a bit dark.
Good restaurant and friendly people at the front desk.
The spa is small but nice.
We stayed at Boccioleto Resort & Spa for five nights with our two kids and absolutely loved it. The hotel is stunning, surrounded by greenery, with spacious rooms and a pool overlooking breathtaking views. The staff is impeccable—always warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making every guest feel special. You can really sense the team’s effort to create an unforgettable experience. Breakfast was delicious, and if we had more time, we would have gladly extended our stay.
We had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious, clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. It was easy to make the room dark at night, so sleeping was comfortable. The road to the accommodation was a bit rough, but even a small car could get there. The location itself was beautiful and the surroundings were fantastic, and the staff was super helpful and nice. Highly recommended!
The hotel is situated in the beautiful Tuscan country side with stunning views and fresh air all around. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly, accomodating and helpful. There was also a restaurant on site which had delicious food. Overall our stay was magical and we loved every second spent there
This is a perfect place to stay in the Tuscan countryside if you want peace and quiet and luxury at a sensible price. Top restaurant and top service. An easy drive to sites of interest.
What a gigantic miss in making this property the amazing hotel that the owners surely envisioned, but failed by miles.
We booked the two bedroom unit with patio. Just the two of us but I really wanted to patio to sit and relax and having the extra room.
Well, lets see, hope the owners take a hint and not be offended.
Arriving, the address pops up in Maps differently and you pass by the property on your way up the mountain. No visible sign that THIS is the property.
You arrive at the parking lot and walk up the long walkway to the "reception" (leave your bags in the car first). The door the the reception/restaurant is closed unless you have a room key so knock and hopefully someone will open up. No idea why they would not keep that door open but hey their biz.
Staff is friendly. The two bedroom (211) has two small door that you have to try to squeeze though sideways. The rooms are bare with no real decor. Furniture has no theme or connection and is hard to sit on. Bathrooms are nicely done but the patio...good lord what were you thinking. Nothing. 4 uncomfortable chairs with a sad light bulb dangling down. Not that the inside lighting is any better. There is a kitchen but for what. At $180 a night I am going to stay and cook? Especially when the restaurant is there and offers good food? Yes, try the restaurant. Our waitress was amazing. However arrive early for breakfast by the time 9:30 (closes at 10:30) we came no more bread and croissants. Sadly not what it could be
We were just looking for a way to get away from the inner city, Rome, Florence, etc. this is the nicest place in the north we had stayed with the most hospitality in the north definitely recommended stay in the countryside of Tuscany here rather than in Florence Rome, we love it so much. We booked another night before we go home.
This hotel was a charming little place in Tuscany. We had a 2 bedroom apartment. The kitchen was fully equipped. Rooms were big with comfortable beds and modern. In Tuscany, mosquitoes are a thing but our apartment had mosquitoes plugs in each room. There was a shared laundry we could use. The outdoor pool was great with a lovely view, parking was free, reception staff were nice and buffet breakfast was delicious every morning. An amazing place to stay!
Wonderful resort nestled in the Tuscan hills. Easy access to all the major sites: Lucca, Florence, San Gimignano etc. Day trips very easy.
Amazing restaurant on site and several others nearby. Wonderful staff. Highly recommend.
Great place!! Unfortunately we got there the day the day after they had open. If there a day after they opened for the season and there are a few things we needed that were not sorted.
We had a little trouble finding this place with google maps, and it wasn’t clear to me that sauna and hot tub were additional costs which is very disappointing. Fridge in room did not work. However the rest of our stay was great!
Great for families - not so much for solo traveler
Serafina and the staff were amazing and friendly. The restaurant had a very tasty menu with knowledgable waiters. The room was tidy and spatious. The location was beautiful and everything was maintained wonderfully. I travelled alone and read that it was a peaceful and quiet place. It might have been by chance but during my stay there were a lot of kids who literally took over the pool area and made it an aquapark with all the toys and noise. I planned to stay at the pool all day and unwind but that wasn’t possible - so I had to leave to the beach. During dinner it was also very loud with the kids and I didn’t really get to enjoy it. But I guess if you want to travel solo you either accept that there will be families or you travel to adult only hotels. I highly recommend it for families, but if you want a quiet stay with your partner or alone, I’d maybe call ahead and ask if there are many families booked.
