"The Hotel was clean and staff was attentive even under renovations..clean and spacious rooms..the fridge didn't work..."

"The place looked coean and renovated. There was less guests stayin by looking at the parking lot at 10 pm. So we wondered why we were given the room next to the laundry and in the basement. The walls were too thin as we can hear the washing machine and doors closing. Its too late to change rooms as the noise was happening while we were sleeping and we were to tired to move."

"Building was very nice - phenomenal view. Towels were provided. Extra fuzzy blanket to sit on balcony. Modern shower. Would come back to this place."

"We had to overnight due to a flight cancellation. The room itself was tidy but the hotel really shows its age. Amenities weren’t available staff seemed a little too busy to be helpful. W Most thing we noticed were. Dry worn out from usage. I bet this was a beautiful property 20 years ago unfortunately it hasn’t aged well"

"For me the location is great, good for visiting and access to the airport, being a motel driving to within steps of my suite front door. The grounds around large lawn area, area for sitting outside and not on a major road less traffic and noise. I have stayed there several times over years while visiting family in the Ottawa area and expect to in the future."
