The pool was great! We were hoping the gym wasn’t a public gym but the equipment was top of the line. The room was great, the comforters could be cleaner, there were obvious stains and it should have been replaced but other than that it was a decent stay at a nice hotel.

The room was clean, appreciated the closet space, there was comfortable beds (double bed room), and the room had plenty of space with a mini fridge that worked very well. Every staff encountered was overall friendly and pleasant. Breakfast was tasteful and organized. I did not need to use parking, however, saw there was plenty of parking spaces during my stay.

The hotel itself was very clean, and the staff were very friendly. However, it wasn’t very comfortable to sleep because the air conditioner was quite noisy, and both the mattress and the pillows were uncomfortable. Overall, everything else was fine. The breakfast was very basic.

Excellent staff, very clean. Breakfast was good. Back sitting areas outside needs a bit of care, but the room was very clean and in good order. Nice to have a fridge and microwave in room. Check-in through expedia was quick and painless, staff spoke both english and french perfectly, parking was sufficient with additional parking on the side of the building when front parking was full, room was very well furnished and comfortable. My only criticism is that the walls are a bit thin and it is quite a distance from most activities including downtown Ottawa and the Casino, but you get more than you pay for with the discounted rate that this location often features.
