It's the little things: tv not working (intermittent), 3 out of 5 door locks broken, hothouse temperature on 3rd floor. Parking was a minor hassle. WiFi was all but unusable (easily overcome with minor equipment additions). These are things that should be taken care of before they demand a $200+ room charge. "This was a great location in town, can easily walk to the main shops. The staff let us check in early which was extremely helpful since we were needing to get ready for a wedding. The breakfast was well stocked and very well maintained. Felt safe and liked that there was a parking grauge for my car."
