"One of the best properties we stayed at during our 6 weeks touring the US. Property is gated and gives a sense of security. Reception staff were polite, friendly and provided a property map which was helpful. We loved that we got our own secure parking garage. Our accommodation was spacious, well cooled and spotless. The kitchen was impressive and they provided all necessary cooking utensils etc. My husband was particularly pleased to see we had a bathtub as well as a shower. Our balcony got the morning sun and overlooked the gardens. I would highly recommend this property which is also within walking distance of village shops and eateries."

"This property is right next to the 10 freeway so once we arrived I asked for room on opposite side not facing the hotel and they were very accommodating. The hotel inside is clean and maintained. Our room was clean and fairly modern. The door for the bathroom is stupid. It opens out into the entrance to the room instead of opening into the bathroom. It really was rather annoying. There is no free WiFi and I was not about to open an account. Now the exterior to the hotel is a whole other story. The sign is faded and the sign on the building at night only lights up showing “ton & Suites”. The street that this property is on is in such bad shape and there’s broken down cars and semi trucks parked every where. The homeless that hang out in that area even sleep on an old pull out bed that in the parking lot in the back of the hotel…there was a pile of old furniture in the back which I’m sure a lot of homeless use. The windows need a deep deep deep cleaning as well. We stayed there only for two nights as we were in town for a wedding in Oak Glen and it was recommended by the wedding venue. Otherwise we would have never picked this hotel. The pictures on Hotels.com were why we chose this place but if I were driving around looking for a hotel, I’d bypass this one just from how it looks from the outside. You’d think it was a dump but the inside is nice and clean."
