Top Molokaʻi Museum & Cultural Center Hotel Reviews
Royal Lahaina Resort & Bungalows
8/10 Good
"Staff at valet and bell desk not very friendly. Mirror in room filthy. Toilet handle broken so you had to manually move it up to prevent constant running water. Drawers had sand all over inside. Chairs on patio covered in pigeon waste. Chair at desk/table missing from room. Requested replacement multiple times and finally received on third day. PJ at the indoor restaurant was amazing. Autumn at front desk was very helpful and Shawn at the pool desk was very friendly and helpful. The property itself is beautiful and the beach is exceptional. Convenient location. Walkable to Whaler’s Village."
"I’ve been to Maui 26 times and have stayed at so many hotels including the very expensive ones, to the condos all over Maui. THIS hotel has been my absolute favorite thus far!!! We had a beautiful 1 bedroom (large) condo that looked over the gorgeous grounds and the ocean! Everything was so amazing and I’m so grateful I chose this hotel for my 40th birthday!! Perfect location, you can walk to the ABC store, food trucks and more. The pools are stunning and the beach is amazing! Plenty of sand to lay on and it’s a great place to snorkel. You can rent chairs right on the premises and snorkels as well. I don’t have one bad thing to say about this hotel and our experience. I can’t wait to stay there again!"
"Large studio with beautiful view of Molokai and water. The beach is small especially at high tide. Quiet property with peaceful family vibe convenient shopping and dining at Ka’anapali Beach area as well as minutes to Kapalua and DT Fleming Beach"
"We really enjoyed the location of this hotel. The beach is steps away and gorgeous. Lots to explore close by. The room had everything we needed and we loved having the full kitchen. Everyone in the property was extremely warm and helpful. We would stay here again."
"The resort was mostly fine. I think I just expected more for the price you pay.
Pools were great, food was excellent, staff was wonderful. Room was okay."
"Its location is absolutely amazing. The Sheraton swimming cove is on the right and Whalers village on the left, both at one minute walking distance!!
We used to stay at the Hyatt but it’s over a mile long walk to the Whalers village.
For the price there is no better property, we can say that because we have been going to Maui 1-2 times a year for the last twenty five years."
