"This was our first time staying at this property and it was absolutely gorgeous! Not only did it have a beautiful restaurant with yummy food and beautiful views, it had a café//coffee/ice cream shop and a cute little bar shack by one of the pools. I was also very happy that there was a mini fridge and Keurig coffee maker in each room. This made it convenient for our refrigerated snacks and I caught a cold while we were there so I was able to have tea every morning. If all of this wasn’t enough, the staff and their customer service were stellar! I would definitely stay there again."
"Five star experience, minus this thing: when we got there, the time share lady tried to force us to participate in their meeting. We aren’t interested at this time. She kept pushing. Please don’t push when we are trying to relax on a rare vacation."
"We had an amazing time at this gorgeous resort! Extremely clean, super kind staff, unbelievable view from the ocean view suite, spacious rooms, and free parking. Not to mention huge beach towels, a cooler to bring to the beach in every room and even beach chairs and umbrellas you could freely bring to the beach. We had a great time and would absolutely come back. The only two notes we have are that the toilet in our room flushed super loudly and that there were no blackout curtains in the room. Otherwise, an excellent stay! Thank you NKBR team!"
"2 bed/2 bath- 2nd bedroom with twin beds very small with very small bathroom. Large dining room but a small wet bar with only 2 total electrical outlet. Small fridge and no oven. Not designed to cook on site and the food is costly.
Towel cabana favors owners."
"LOVE THIS PROPERTY. We ran into a few snags here and there and they OVER-compensated every time. The people that work at this resort are all beyond friendly and helpful. I truly cannot say enough about this last trip. We will be back. SOON!"
"We were pleasantly surprised! The grounds were beautiful and well maintained and it was steps away from a wonderful sandy beach! The hotel provided beach towels, beach chairs and even had a drying rack on the lanai to try our swimsuits and towels. To rooms were clean and there was air conditioning!!! The only downside... there was bath soap, shampoo and conditioner but no little amenities like shower caps and moisturizers but everything else made up for it. Would definitely go here again!!! "
"This was our first time in Hawaii and it was amazing! The restaurants on and by the resort were incredible and we absolutely loved being in walking distance not only to the beach but also Whaler’s Village, where you have to shop before you leave! Amazing staff and amazing activities! We will be back!!"
"We are frequent visitors to Kapalua and have always loved the Ritz Carlton. Everything there is superb and close to everything in Kapalua. It is a higher end stay for sure but worth every penny. Could give a higher recommendation!"
