"Weโ€™re so glad we chose this hotel. We had an early arrival and they allowed us to check in early just after noon. Staff was so efficient and friendly. Our room was a regular king room and it was so spacious! And modern. We even had a little view of the sea. Shower was spacious, clean, with good water pressure. The location is also fantastic, close to the train station that you can walk to, and right in the heart of the town shops and ferry service to Portofino. The rooftop bar has an amazing view with cozy seating."

"Best thing about this place is its location, right in the centre of Genoa. The breakfast is worth giving a wide birth even at 8 euros per head. No hotwater for tea and no butter or spread, even when I asked. Plenty of decent cheap bakeries close by. I had some issues with broken toilet seat and lack of clothes hangers but rectified by Antonio quickly. He was excellent and so helpful. The rooms were well kept and clean, good shower and excellent bed and very quiet so for those reasons would definitely go back."
