"Stunning rooms with beautiful views. The staff were all super helpful and lovely throughout and able to provide great recommendations when asked. The sauna facilities were excellent (beautifully designed and functional - truly 5 star) and the heated pool just fantastic. Not to mention the food either which was sensational from breakfast to lunch and dinner with non-staying guests regularly stopping by for food and drinks. The island itself was so peaceful and beautiful to set the hotel in it...

"Check in was a bit disorganised, I'd written to ask for a twin room as it wasn't clear if it was possible on the booking and no one had responded ( although they did after I'd checked in) when I checked in I was told no problem, but the room wasn't ready. When we went back there wasn't a twin ro available and we had to down grade to a black room with no windows to get one, but didn't get a discount. You can use only use the pool area to wait if they aren't full with bookings, we went...

"While all the staff was great from the start, I was particularly impressed by the kindness and welcoming nature of two: 1- Louise, at the reception desk, helped me from the moment I arrived and was patient and empathetic and 2- Rima, the woman working in the Executive Lounge. She was so attentive and thoughtful from day 1! I take with me great memories of this nice hotel."
