"Great place to stay!"

"The staff provided exceptional assistance; however, the property itself presented several challenges, including issues with electrical outlets, an unpleasant odor, and unsatisfactory cleanliness in the restroom."

"The pictures are not accurate. The bathroom does not ave a walk in shower as shown in the reservation and the outdoor area to sit does not have the umbrellas. The receptionist staff is very young and very unprofessional. "

"There were stray cats roaming everywhere. The room smelled of smoke and cats. The linen on the bed and pillow cases were yellow stained. The wash clothes were blue and supposed to be white was yellow as well. The floor was filthy as well. "

"Hotels.com messed up my reservation, the pkace was booked up and I ended up with a King room instead of the triple room I had reservation. I spoke with staff a couple of times, but there was nothing they could do, however knowing I was in a situation, they mentioned at check-in maybe (if they had a cancelation) they could move me to at least a double. When I arrived they had already moved my reservation to a double, I was so greatful and told Cheryl had made things right! Shout-out to your front desk staff Thank you"
