"The Mandalay Bay hotel has changed and is not a nice hotel it once was. I would not recommend this hotel to my family and friends."

They should just tell you you are staying at the Horseshoe, b/c basically that’s what it is- renovated rooms above the horseshoe casino. I tried to switch our room to be in the main tower, but was told that d/t the WSOP, no rooms were available. "Property was a great in clean, safe property. All staff was very respectful."

"Jennifer helped me remake a copy of my room key and had a terrible attitude. The concierge was virtual and I was locked in the parking garage with no way to get out because the button to call the parking attendant was broken. I would not recommend this property based solely on the customer service experience."

"The bed was very comfortable but the room and bathroom felt a bit dirty. There were no amenities, the soap was not filled up in room either. The toilet seat was up when we got there…is that procedure after cleaning or was it not even cleaned. Ew. The worst part was there absolutely no way to reach the hotel to ask questions. Only AI chat bot that can’t help or transfer to a live person. I won’t stay again. Lastly, the TV didn’t have one clear channel."
