"I stay at this property because it is truly a well designed hotel with impeccable rooms that warrant a 5-star rating. But service is another matter. The hotel does not provide any support for anything that you need beyond bed linens and cleaning, similar to the type of service you would get at a 3-star property. The staff takes great pride at following strict procedures that limit support to the bare minimum. Some of the staff even take pride at saying “No” and most offer no alternatives to...

"No coffee pots in rooms, loud AC, terrible music, pot smoking everywhere. Smelt it in my room."

"The non-smoking room was still a smoking room and I returned home smelling like an ashtray. Other than that the place was fine."

"We booked one bedroom corner unit with kitchen. The unit is overall in a good condition and clean. To our surprise there were no kitchen utensils. There was a coffee machine but no coffee. When I called and requested utensils they brought us three plates, two cups and two plastic forks/knife packages. Very strange hospitality approach..."
