"It was nearly impossible to find a human to help. Phone was broken in the room and needed help with things, hard to solve issues. Lovely room and clear room. Electronic check in was nice but it left a lot to be desired."

"We landed into town late with our plane being delayed, upon arrival, it wasn't very obvious through google maps how to get to the hotel front desk. Then when we finally figured out where to check in, there were some sketchy people sitting outside and I didn't even feel comfortable walking in to get our room by myself. The casino on the front of the hotel smelled like cigarettes also, which shouldn't be allowed in a hotel that claims to be "made for the kids." The staff was very friendly however,...

"Employees are slack because managers are slack. Most of the staff are fine. Housekeeping and phone service are terrible, inefficient, and directly affect guests' mood。The front desk was great 👍, but the manager was indifferent and seemed completely nonchalant."
