it was ok for the price but could be cleaner - basin water drainage had a leakage and no soap in the shower dispenser also my room wasnt cleaned during my week long stay

Reinste Katastrophe!! Kam von einem Geschäftsessen zu dem Hotel. Jedoch konnte ich nichtmal das gebuchte Zimmer betreten, da der Zugangscode welcher angeblich per SMS bzw. per E-Mail zugekommen sein soll, nicht angekommen ist. Telefonische Erreichbarkeit der Hotline ebenfalls miserabel! 4 Mal versucht jemanden zu erreichen und ständig nur die Mailbox. Checkin über den QR-Code ebenfalls nicht möglich da die Seite nicht vorhanden ist! Werde in jedem Fall mein Geld zurückfordern!

Het beddengoed was gelukkig schoon maar tapijt was smerig. Er lag nog van alles op waardoor ik de indruk had dat er niet gezogen was of heel gehaast. Badkamer was wel schoon maar afvoer onder de wasbak lekte waardoor de vloer constant nat werd. Rolluiken functioneerde niet. In de badkamer lag nog het natte poetsdoekje. Er was heel weinig toiletpapier en de tissuebox was leeg. Er lag 1 pakje crackers en 2 kuipjes jam als alternatief voor ontbijt voor 2 personen. De vorige keer dat ik in dit hotel verbleef (wel in een andere kamer) lag er een grote verscheidenheid klaar voor ontbijt en waren er zelfs 2 goed gevulde tissueboxen en functioneerde de rolluiken wel. Omdat ik de vorige keer wel tevreden was viel het nu dus extra tegen.

Hotel für Entspannte

Ein Hotel durchaus mit Potenzial. Leider: Sehr schwer erreichbares Personal, vor Ort nur 2× sehr sehr kurz. Haustür und Zimmercode nur nach telefonischer Eigeninitiative mit ca 30 minütiger Wartezeit und zunächst Angabe einer falschen Zimmernummer, wieder Warten auf Korrektur. Sehr abgestande Luft in einem durchaus witzig eingerichtetem Empfangsbereich, ohne Personal. Ein Gast kippte ein Fenster mit toller Wirkung. Leider trotz sofortiger Bemängelung eines schmutzigen Zimmers keine Reinigung während meines 3tägigen Aufenthalts, auch nach Einwurf einer Karte des Zimmers in die "Cleaning Box". Schlecht gesaugter Teppich, Schmutzränder auf Möbeln mit Krümel von Essen und Papierfetzchen. Im Waschbecken klebten undefinierbare Reste in verschiedenen Farben, die Toilette würde sich sehr über eine Grundreinigung freuen, genau wie das restliche Bad. Fehlendes Toilettenpapier, lediglich eine angefangene Rolle. Bei einer zufälligen Begegnung mit einem jungen Mitarbeiter bekam ich eine Rolle. (auch hier erwähnte ich den Zustand des Zimmers). Durch die Putzmängel Geruchsentwicklung. Die Übergardinen waren jeweils zu Hälfte heruntergerissen. Auch hier sehr warme, schlecht Luft. Am zweiten Tag wieder ein nichtfunktionierender Code, telefonische Korrektur. Mir fehlte eine ehrliche Entschuldigung, zumindest durch Korrektur der Umstände. Positiv: sauberes Bett mit fantastischer Matratze und saubere Handtücher, beides roch gut. Ein sehr ruhiges Zimmer. Erneuter Aufenthalt gerne, wenn sauber.

Altes, völlig abgewohntes Hotel. Riecht muffig, im Bad lag eine gebrauchte Nagelfeile auf dem Boden, in der Dusche stand noch das Duschgel des Vorgängers. Fliesen abgeplatzt, Loch in der Duschwanne...,,Nicht zu empfehlen!

Badezimmer voller Schimmel. Zimmer ging, bis auf die Matratze. Diese war sehr abschüssig. Personal an der Rezeption war sehr nett. Unser Tipp: Zimmer, vor allem Badezimmer sollte renoviert werden.
