Ao chegarmos, recebemos via WhatsApp as orientações do hotel, nas quais constava:
– “Arrumação da suíte somente a partir da 2ª diária.”
– “Troca de toalhas dia sim e dia não, contando a partir do dia do check-in.”
Nosso check-in ocorreu às 15h do dia 16, com saída prevista para 12h do dia 18. Portanto, já estávamos na segunda diária quando solicitamos arrumação e...
