"Der Aufenthalt im SmartApart-Living Wien Hauptbahnhof war nicht schlecht. Leider wurde das Zimmer nicht wie versprochen einmal pro Woche gereinigt, obwohl ich nach vier Tagen darum bat. Der Mitarbeiter schien mich nicht wirklich zu verstehen. Ausserdem war leider für sechs von neun Tagen der Aufzug ausser Betrieb. Eigentlicjh erine gute, preiswerte Unterkunft, mit kleinen Mängeln im Detail. Sauber, und ruhig."

"This was a really lovely place to stay! Close to grocery stores, trams, and lovely parks to lounge in. Perhaps a touch on the expensive side, however, at the drop of a hat they sent us up more towels, coffee pods, and dish soap. I love that kind of personal service when we’re abroad. Bedroom and bathroom(s) are downstairs, with everything else up a flight of stairs, so if there are mobility issues, I wouldn’t recommend. Thank you guys so much for having us!!"
