The confirmation code provided by Expedia didn’t match the confirmation code for check-in, and the staff had to manually assign one after looking up the reservation. I believe this error was on Expedia‘s part. The hotel staff were excellent and very helpful.

Room had all we need, easy access to apartment. Clean room with towels. Just a couple of stops on the subway which made the access to the centre very easy. Neighbourhood may appear a bit intimidating but we didn’t have any issues. Would stay there again

This property does not have a person to check in with, a code emailed to you prior. The code I received was incorrect. The situation was stressful. There is a telephone number to ring if you experience problems however traveling with just an eSIM doesn’t allow this type of contact. I was fortunate that another guest phoned on my behalf and a correct code was issued. The screen check in process was all in German. Difficult. The room was comfortable and spacious, fresh clean linen and towels. I didn’t like only having one key card for entry and no onsite staff.

The room was disgusting, there was a foul odour upon arrival, the toilet was dirty and there was cobwebs all over the room. NOT TO MENTION THE BEDBUGS. It was as if the room had been left uncleared for ages before we were set to stay. We stayed in the room for as long as it took us to find a new place to stay... around 20 minutes after it took us almost 30 minutes to get checked in at the self service check-in since the email they sent with a check-in code was sent straight to my spam mail box... you can't make it up. NEVER stay here it is disgusting.

Comfortable and easy to get to

Convenient location and a comfortable base. The small kitchenette was fine for drinks/breakfast, and the living area means there is somewhere to relax rather than just sitting on the bed. The check in process is very easy, and the property was easy to find. There are shops and an underground station not far away. The only downside is that there are no curtains or blinds in the property, so you feel very exposed when changing as the property over the road can probably see in.

We are very dissapointed with the hotel. We found the floor in the room unclean and the sheets had some stains on them. In addition, the ventilation seemed to be out of order, since when we had taken a shower there was a LOT of condense water at the entrance door and windows. Also, our upper windows lacked curtains so the lights from the outdoor lamps were shining right into our room and bed. This low standard was not what we expected when we booked the room.

Do not go there …if you are there leave now Place full of bed bug as soune as you close de light the bath was disgusting all dirty … The manager never came back to me afther I hask for a other room .. we had to leave the place in the midle of the night because it’s they was so much bed … from big bug to very small one … I do not recommande this place !

We booked on hotels and did not receive the code required to enter the structure. We had to call. The room was not overly clean and there was hair in the bed. The entire outdoor area and elevator reeked of marijuana. The hear is not controlled and there was no light other than the super bright overhead lights. There was only feather bedding and I’m allergic. Because there was no one on site, most of these things are unavoidable. The structure itself is quite nice but I felt things could be better run.

The room was not cleaned properly, and long hairs were coming out everywhere. It seemed that the previous guest had been smoking, so it smelled of cigarettes, and the smoke detector was covered. I emailed them about it, but they didn't change the room and there was no response. We had breakfast at a nearby contract restaurant, but they refused because they said they didn't have a reservation. I emailed them about this too, but there was no response. Also, a suspicious person was sleeping in the lounge from night until morning. I called the hotel but no one answered. There are no employees on-site at the hotel, so they can't respond if something happens.

Un hébergement à éviter ! Enregistrement électronique problématique (et accueil physique possible quelques heures par jour seulement), sol de la chambre sale, micro-onde et plaques de cuisson avec traces de nourriture séchée, frigo en panne et TV totalement déréglée. Pendant des jours, impossible de joindre la direction pour obtenir un changement de chambre.

Der Aufenthalt im SmartApart-Living Wien Hauptbahnhof war nicht schlecht. Leider wurde das Zimmer nicht wie versprochen einmal pro Woche gereinigt, obwohl ich nach vier Tagen darum bat. Der Mitarbeiter schien mich nicht wirklich zu verstehen. Ausserdem war leider für sechs von neun Tagen der Aufzug ausser Betrieb. Eigentlicjh erine gute, preiswerte Unterkunft, mit kleinen Mängeln im Detail. Sauber, und ruhig.

Beliggenhed er god og hotelfaciliteter rimelige, men adgangsforholdene er ubeskriveligt dårlige, da hotellet er uden reception, og nøglekortet skal udstedes via en automat. Ved ankomsten brugte vi 2 1/2 time, inden det med andre beboeres hjælp lykkedes at trække et nøglekort. Dagen forinden havde de selv brugt timer, før de fik et nøglekort. Dagligt stødte vi på gæster, der panisk stod og kæmpede med automaten. Det opslåede telefonnummer, gæster kunne ringe til ved problemer, fungerede ikke i de 5 dage, vi opholdt os på stedet. Opkald til Hotel.com’s kundeservice var også nyttesløs, da de ikke forstod problemet, og der var store, engelske sprogproblemer mellem parterne. Så desværre, kun 1 stjerne til hotellet for bøvlet ved indtjekning, og Hotel.com’s kundeservice, på grund af manglende engelskkundskbar.

Ich bin mit meinem Aufenhalt, nur insofern zufrieden, weil nicht alles funktioniert hat, wie es sein sollte für den Preis. - Im Badezimmer fehlen Haken, damit man seine Tücher hängen kann. Das Gleiche im Zimmer für Jacken & Pullis - Der Aufzug war defekt mehr als eine Woche lang. Keine Kommunikation, keine weitere Infos. Bei so einem Mangel, wenn man in den oberen Stöcke wohnt, ist es einfach nicht akzeptabel. Das Gute an dem Ort war - Das Hotel ist tatsächlich unweit vom Hbf und lässt sich sehr gut mit den ÖV erreichen. - Es gibt sehr viele Läden unweit, wie Billa, Lidl, DM & zahlreiche Restaurants.

Siamo stati a Vienna per qualche giorno e abbiamo soggiornato qui. Semplice il check-in e il check-out, un po' lontana dal centro ma situato vicino alla metro, che è ben collegata con il centro (raggiungibile in pochi minuti, appunto con la metro). Stanze pulite, piccole, hanno tutto quello che serve! A noi è piaciuto tanto!

Difficile de savoir par où commencé quand il y a tant de chose à dire. Les responsables de l'hôtel (si on peu appeler ça ainsi) sont de veritable fantome qui apres avoir oublié de vous fournir le code préfère vous laisser dehors à 3h du matin dehors vous obligeant à payer une chambre a prix fort.
