"Usually I give this location 5 stars but i don't know if they were having a/c problems or what but as soon as i got off the elevator the hallway and room were muggy and damp this time."

"Check in was quick and efficient, however; lacking in customer hospitality. The check in felt very transactional. The other staff members we came in contact with were very accommodating and pleasant. The room was comfortable and provided what was needed for our stay. The bathroom had a few areas of improvement—toilet ran all night. Breakfast was nice, but would suggest fruit and oatmeal. Gluten free options for those needed! We will book again for convenience & comfort."

"Nice hotel, very clean. The carpet in the halls was bit loose and there were some nicks in the walls from traveler traffic but nothing bad. It's very close to the university of south Alabama."

"Staff were excellent. The AC was broken in the lobby area for 2 days making the bar/ food experience horrible. The lobby area and outside are beautiful. When you get to the rooms, not so much. Old rooms, need updating, air doesn’t cool in the rooms that great. Rust on most of the appliances/fixtures/faucets. Room service came as they should. Not a bad place to stay but don’t be fooled by the pictures online."

"The property itself seems to be in a decent area on a service road and near other properties. There were several transients hanging around the property, however, and they were accosting guests (including myself) for money, cigarettes, etc. One even saw me unloading something from my vehicle, and upon seeing me walking back to the building, started casing my vehicle. I initiated my panic button on my key fob to scare them away. That's definitely something management needs to address. The...

"Was not worth the money spent for 2 nights, rooms were ok, clean good enough to get sleep. Housekeepers may need to be retrained on cleaning rooms. Night staff didnt seem to know much, was able to change our room since the air wasnt working in the first room."
