Key card didn’t work half the time. Only received 2 towels and 2 wash rags for 3 night stay and was not given anymore. When we asked for more was told we had to come down and swap out before 11am

The room and halls smelled, the bed was very uncomfortable and not sturdy. The room also had roaches. Would not stay here again

This property is unsafe, the conditions with limited staffing. A lot of police activity and raid had happened the night before our stay. End up walking across to the Homestead Hotel besides it and staying there. Felt unsafe to stay at other property.

There was an Oder of mildew in the room. The halls wreaked of cigarette smoke which spilled over into the room even though the room should have been smoke free. My family didn’t feel safe There was no service at the desk for towels and could not gain access to the Wi-Fi. We checked out a day early and would love to get a refund of that day but that probably won’t happen.

NO NOPE NEVER AGAIN !!!!
Before reserving this hotel , PLEASE NOTE : they have a 150$ deposit that you have to pay along with the cost of your hotel when you get to the site. We did not know about this and the front desk even stated that they don’t tell guests on online sites. They hold the 150$ until you leave just in case of damages or “stolen items”. They make you bring every towel to the front to be counted ! My daughters room wreaked of a fishy odor and blatantly told them they could either find somewhere else to go as long as nothing was out of order in the hotel and give them there money back or basically deal with it. One of my daughters is currently pregnant and both had two small kids with them. They charge for everything! House keeping is none existent you have to do everything yourself. Wash your own towels, sweep the floor, you name it. They had signs all through out the hotel even on the elevator about extra charges for all kinds of silly things. We had a hard time even getting the key cards to swipe to get in the hotel or hotel room! The beds were small and weren’t the best far as comfort. Nothing was included no extra towels , linen, house keeping nothing! You either had to pay extra or clean it yourself. This was a last minute trip for us so we expected a few things especially with a cheap hotel with low ratings. We made it work but we will never stay here again!

Site doesn’t mention a $150 deposit first room roaches everywhere beds are full size cheap very uncomfortable if u have a bad back (not for you)pillows horrible everything very very basic you have to pay for clean towels if you book through a 2 party If you are on a budget and don’t mind roach and not have clean towels while you there this is a hotel good for you no iron hair dryer it cost extra as well

Way better than expected. I was hesitant based on the reviews for the rooms but my room was very clean and nice. Staff was super helpful and friendly.

Ridiculous deposit caused us to be on the street
We werent allowed to stay because we didnt have $150 for a deposit, so basically the hotel fee of 80 bucks or so was stolen from us. I made sure i had $100 dollars for a deposit and was flabergasted to learn the deposit was nearly twice the room fee. Very disapointed in both the hotel chain and hotels.com

Not comfortable for our extended stay
Positive: inexpensive, close to where we needed to be, quiet, clean when we checked in, plenty of hot water. Negative: no cookware, dishes, or even coffee maker provided. Beds feel like camp cots and sound on the verge of collapse every time you roll over. USEFUL wifi is charged per day. Linen exchange is $10 a week. "Separate sitting area" is a table and 2 plastic breakroom-style chairs.The lobby is only open certain hours; no one was there when we wanted to check out. After the first night, the room had a distinct musty/mildewy odor. Toilet would run randomly. They say it's to keep costs down, but we stayed at 2 different extended stays earlier in our trip that had a comparable per night cost, and provided for free everything Woodspring nickel and dimes you for.

Terrible experience. Tried to call front office several times with no answer walked to office was always locked up and no one available. Roaches where everywhere tried to tell the manager. Was completely gross and dissatisfied.

My key didn't work call the 500 number 3xs and no answer. Called 1 more time then the reservation rep had to contact the on-site work.. the bed are full beds very uncomfortable room smelled like mold and wet socks.
