Hi Sir, my name is Liz. Thank you for your comments, I appreciate it very much to augment our service to arriving guests and hopefully to your next visit. Please excuse us for the low water availability on the stay of your stay here. The whole of moalboal is scarce of water but we have our own deep well as a source of water so what we can do is augment the distribution of the water to all the roooms. Regarding the rooms, we have bigger rooms in our new building and most of the time if we have availability we offer free upgrade. I would have love to know your discomforts while you were with us. I am looking forward though to wecome you again in our hotel so you can try our new rooms in the new building. About the AC we already have changed all the AC units of the rooms in the deluxe area to better serve the guests and give them comfort you deserve away from home as our valued guests. Thanks, Liz

I wish I had known it before you left our hotel so I was able to know which of the foods serve you did not like and probably made an offer of another food that maybe of your liking. First reason why we need to moved you to another room which is the supeior family room is that you posted online that you didnt like the first room that we gave and we have to take action on that so we approached you to move to other building. when we try to approach you to have your room upgraded you sad that you will just approach the frontdesk when you are decided already. About our breakfast we always make sure that was properly serve and the people who cooked that was well trained about food and beverage service as we always prioritize our guest satisfaction, Our sincerest apology that we haven't meet your expectation.
