The only down side is I was not to found of Shinjuku the prefecture it’s self it was pretty dirty and coming straight from Osaka where it was a lot more of a relaxing vibe, I would say...

"Overall experience were good. Onsen were good, bed is too hard for us We were unhappy with the check out experience. The front desk is calling us three times for the 15 minutes delayed. Check out time is very stiff, no flexibility."

"Once you step out of the hotel your in the middle of Tokyo Night life… Being said that the Hotel room was very clean and many amenities in the room. Steam room and jacuzzi tub was awesome. Karaoke and sound system was great. Staff were very responsive. Just wish the bed was a little softer…"

They have free breakfast every morning (make your own onigiri, juice, coffee, bread, and soup) and s'mores in the evening. "Had a lovely stay for 6 nights my partner and I. Area was nice with lots of convenience stores nearby. Close to shopping and dinning options. Room was compact but workable. Room could have been cleaner at check-in bedding could have been cleaner. "
