"This place was a geat, budget friendly and located very well. I am honestly only giving this place 5 stars for the staff. All of them where very professional and made me feel at home. They where very inviting. "First time in Japan and I feel this was a proper stay especially for the price, the high end vibes and the size of the unit considering most rooms are tiny in Tokyo.d Excellent shower, bidet, soft towels, cozy bed and spotless room. Great gym! Area is solid and easy access to the train station. I’d say book it and just get to Japan! It’s incredible and the staff were absolutely perfect!"

"Everything in this hotel (bed, sofa) are low. There is no chair in the room. Dining has limited number of chair and seats in ordinary heights. Seats in the pictures are all low, as if we were living in Tatami (Japan) room."

"Customer service & rooms were great but the only down side was that our AC was not fully working which made our room warm. I tried to see if we could switch rooms but they were only able to offer us a fan. Other than that everything was great."

"Compact room with just enough space and a cute bathroom with a surprise penguin friend to welcome us! Although housekeeping is only once every 4 days, they offer fresh changes of towels delivered in a bag on your door each day unless you indicate it isn’t necessary. The free drinks selection in the lounge are excellent and the meal vending machines are decent quality. For the location, staff, services, and amenities, this is an excellent and convenient hotel. Definitely would come again!"
