"It was new building and felt very safe all the security and police station across from the street . Train station near by but don’t have elevator so you have to carry suits are up stair . 2 family mart near by. Restrants every where and front desk and everyone working there were amazing. We wanted to late check 1pm paid $5000 they can keep your luggage also that was very nice ! Landry place was huge and 24 hrs was so nice ! "

"Only stayed one night, but the hotel was in close proximity to the terminals. A free shuttle bus can be found at terminal 3 to move you to terminals 1 and 2 if required. The hotel is also close to a convenience store, shopping centre and restaurants. The spa also looks good. Would stay again! "

"We have been to this property in 2024 Spring and 2025 Summer. Down the building has dinning, grocery, laundry, 7 minutes by walking to subway, cross the street to Dotonbori. Reasonable price n prompt communication. It was excellent to me. "

"It’s a new building. Everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay is available. However, there’s no TV in the unit. It didn’t bother us but if it’s important to you, take that into consideration when booking. It’s close to train stations and lots of dining options around the area as well as convenience store. "

"Wonderful stay. Hands down best hotel our family of 4 stayed on our Japan trip. Brand new hotel, was hesitant to stay and booked last minute with only a couple reviews. So glad we did, super clean, modern and wonderful hotel staff. Would give 10 stars if we could. Booked the 2 bedroom suite and it felt like home, by far the largest hotel room we had during our Osaka stay. Thank you 30 Pieces Namba !"

"Me equivoque en la fecha pero el personal de la recepción me ayudó a cancelar la reservación previa y a sacar una nueva, gracias a ellos pudimos seguir disfrutando el viaje. El cuarto pequeño peor cumplía muy bien con lo que esperábamos , limpio y tenía un espacio para guardar maletas "
