I had high expectations of this hotel. However was disappointed in staff . Hospitality is certainly lacking and they were not really interested in helping at all.The room was extremely small which I expected but it was clean. The best thing about the property was the shower. Also during my stay as I was asleep the alarm went off for a fire on the 8th floor I was on the 9th. No one helped us to exit or to even have an understanding of what was happening. I went down 9 flights of random back stairs with my daughter with no guidance. We then proceeded to stand outside of the hotel with other guests and not one employee gave us any information.I will be choosing a different hotel next time.

"I didn’t expect we had to pay additional for the use of the thermal rooms & book sessions. Check in process was a bit long. And having to make reservations for dinner & the shuttles was a bit inconvenient as the location was a bit far from the town/convenience stores. Otherwise breakfast was lovely. ..."

"I will start with my critic feedback first: the bathroom was like airplane bathroom. The entire room is so good, it has everything what you need , Including the clothes to go to Olsen, but the bathroom is very dated, small and crampy. Staff is 5/5.
