"Excellent landing spot for our family of four on our first trip to Tokyo. Just the right amount of cooking supplies for breakfast in the room. This is in a quiet area of Ueno and very walkable to transit and small grocery shops nearby. Ueno Park was a great chill way to start getting acclimated to Tokyo. "

"Hot like suana. They should have option for cold air instead of hot since the aircond is heated. And window is not opened. We were sweating like pigs. My room is like suana. The corridor of my room is much much cooler than room."

"Good aiport hotel, very convenient especially if you arriving at terminal 3 and catching another flight tomorrow morning. Shuttle buses are avaiable to move to other telerminals. The room is small and decent (comparable to other Japanese hotel). And the breakfast is very good!"

"Lifts were programmed badly. Long queues at the Lobby. Once a lift is assigned another can past by and time of guests is wasted. Also, please have a proper messaging board with the Hotel. Only calls was allowed which is very costly for international travellers. "
