"We were a family of 4 with 2 teens and booked standard room but they gave us the premium japanese family room which was VERY spacious! Thank you. The rooms fits 6 generously and is fully equipped with toaster, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer. Beds were comfortable! Super convenient location - steps to Tawaramachi exit on Ginza Line, 7/11, many restauranta, Don Quijote, Sensoji Temple. Asakusa is not as busy as Shinjuku and Shibuya but has all the shops and amenities. "

"At first glance, this seems like a boring business neighborhood. But like all of Tokyo, there are layers to this onion! We got two rooms for our family of 6. This hotel was perfect for us. The rooms are comfortable and we are across the alley from a little izakaya with great food, and up the street from a 7-Eleven (important!) and our fave discovery, a basement restaurant that has sublime offerings and which got packed after we sat down. Haven't even had a chance to check out the two nearby...

"My family of 4 had a great stay. The staff were helpful and courteous, and I liked the practical and nice design of the rooms. Plenty of places to hang things, and the perfect space for us during our stay in Tokyo. The Hatchobori area is quiet but an easy walk or subway ride to tourist and shopping areas."

"A bit of a walk from train station, but can be walked all underground (to stay out of summer heat) once you figure out the route. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Staff speaks English well, which helps if your an English speaker. A good experience overall."

"Quiet area, ideal for family with children. Walking distance to Ueno station. Lawsons and 7-Eleven and few restaurants nearby. Room and facilities were great and staff were excellent and very welcoming. Great base to explore Tokyo. Loved our stay. Thank you very much."

"This place is convenient in Senso-Ji area. There's even a 24hr big store around for the travelers to shop anytime. The room's quality is really good. I like the laundry machine in the room. This place has everything you need. The sofa bed is really not bad. The staffs are super nice, and can speak decent English to help customers. Especially this hotel can help customers fill up forms to transfer luggages. Will come back again. Please be aware that you need to turn on the boiler (click a button)...

"Good service with sincerity and warmth and an overall comfortable stay at this lovely hotel. Every day during my 7-day stay at this hotel, and after a hectic day-out, I looked forward to coming back to the Zen atmosphere of the hotel. The room is on the small side (glad I booked the Superior Double room) but this is not unusual for Tokyo hotels. Extra big king-size bed and additional pillow appreciated. I also appreciated the shower in bathtub with good water pressure and a good range of toiletries. The shampoo and liquid body wash have a wonderful and calming feel and scent. Hotel even provided pyjamas for guests to use during their stay. Location-wise, the hotel isn’t in the most central of Tokyo areas. Selecting this feature is deliberate - the beauty of the hotel is that it is located slightly outside the busy Tokyo areas in a quiet neighbourhood, providing respite after one's senses have been assaulted in the busy areas of Tokyo. It is however an easy 5 to 8 minutes' walk to the nearest subway and JR station and also to restaurants in the neighbourhood and in and around the Tokyo Dome area. The hotel has thoughtfully provided 3 massage chairs in a room at the 3rd floor which, if one is lucky with timing, are available for guests to use. "

"Lifts were programmed badly. Long queues at the Lobby. Once a lift is assigned another can past by and time of guests is wasted. Also, please have a proper messaging board with the Hotel. Only calls was allowed which is very costly for international travellers. "
