"Very impressed by all on offer. Room booked, first class value. Evening meal excellent As was breakfast. Have not had such attentive and prompt restaurant service "for many a year"! Hotel situation close to cathedral and castle. The reason for visit. Also close to long term parking as hotel does not have places for cars."

"This is my second stay at this hotel, and hopefully not the last! The rooms were spotless, facilities are great, top spec bathroom etc etc. The staff are friendly and informative, and to top it all you get breakfast included! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this gorgeous hotel to anyone travelling to Lincoln. "

"All the staff were brilliant, the food was lovely and the restaurant was nice. The area around the swan was quiet nice woodland walks near by overall a lovely place to stay "

"Lovely little place, staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful made you feel like you were regulars which personally i loved. Food was amazing and all freshly cooked compliments to the chefs on site. Room was very comfortable and clean, and so quiet. "
