"Ich war nur eine Nacht dort, aber kann mich nicht beschweren. Den einzigen Abzug gibt es für die Lage des Hotels. Die Gegend ist etwas heruntergekommen und es liegt sehr viel Müll überall. Zudem ist es ein gutes Stück vom Zentrum entfernt"

"The hotel is good but has no atmosphere the staff don’t go out of their way to make your holiday enjoyable. It’s just a job to them. I wouldn’t stay there again even though the accommodation was good it was just unwelcoming to us. Breakfast typically Italian nice choice of cold meat and cheese and sweets. There was no directory to contact the front desk or housekeeping when we ran out of toilet paper we tried 0 and 1 no answer definitely the staff need to brighten up and show some enthusiasm."

"My husband and I had a great experience at this rental. It’s more like a B&B with a host. Our hostess was very communicative and helpful and prepared an amazing breakfast at the other Ballarooms property (less than 5 minutes away). It was great having A/C to combat the heat. Our room was spacious, with lots of room to spread out, and the bathroom was clean and functional."

"Fantastic staff. Location hard to get to (centro storico, ZTL) but the staff helped guide us to the public parking located outside the ztl -- it required dragging our suitcases over cobble stones through the market, but we survived. Once we were settled, we really enjoyed the hotel with a super helpful and courteous staff."
