"This was a spacious room with a useful desk to get work done. The staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was a hot and cold buffet and food and drinks are available 24/7 just behind the front desk plus a convenience store on the ground floor. The location was fine for walking to the convention center, about 10 minutes, and much less expensive than hotels adjacent to the conference. The downtown area felt safe during the day but was deserted at night even on the weekend (I walked fast). "

"Great location in canal park with super spacious suites. But air conditioner didn’t seem to work and you can’t open the windows so it was pretty stuffy."

"All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The pool was nice and the hot tub was hot and spacious. We loved the room with extra seating area. This had everything we needed for a nice long weekend for a few hockey games in the area. Breakfast was amazing, made to order omelets and plenty to choose from. Our door lock was a little loose and they did send someone up to fix it but it needed a bit more of a repair. Zero complaints about this property. Would be even better if parking fee wasn’t charged for guests staying in the hotel. Definitely would book again."
