"We paid for a double king bed room superior. When we got to a property they said that that was a problem of Expedia, and that room name doesn’t exist, there is a superior room. I was shown a catalog of rooms. So I paid more than I should for something that was the same as other name. Be caeeful and call to make sure before you reserve. No apology no manager. I stayed at the Waldorf New York and this is not the same level."
