The water in the water park was nice and warm, good for the kids to play for hours. Lots of people, but that was expected. Staff does a good job managing crowds and keeping things moving. Our stay was great. 1 thing I am annoyed about- the billing end. First I accidentally picked the wrong nights when booking through Expedia. After literally and hour on hold with great Wolf Lodge, I gave up. Went through Expedia- they were about to fix my mistake but I had to be charged literally double. I admit, it was my mistake. But a small typo by me cost me basically another nights stay. Expedia tried to get Great Wolf Lodge to waive it since I tried to fix immediately after booking, but GWL would not waive the fee. Also, I got charged twice for parking. Tried to call to get it fixed, but was on hold forever. Was only 40 bucks instead of 20 but still..."
