"It’s fine as a baseline motel. The place is run down, especially as compared to the neighborhood- hallway carpets were musty, but the room’s was ok. Their hospitality is also baseline… strict 10:30 checkout, etc. Minihaha falls is close, which is why I chose the spot, and there’s bus and transit a block away. It worked out, though I personally would expect a lower rate for the quality."

"I will NEVER EVER stay at this hotel again. Sharon’s staff, particularly Daniel, lied and misled me multiple times about management and availability. Was offended when called out gently. I barely said, “hey, can you possibly see how this conflicting info can feel misleading?” And he hung up on me 5 more times. do not stay here if you require sleep. Our tweaker neighbor was singing, shouting, and playing music all hours. I called hotel staff twice. They showed up once. It never fixed the issue....

"Very clean and the bedroom was quiet for sleeping. The breakfast was good and we watched the World Cup in the open area in the evening accompanied by snacks and drinks. A great place to stay really close to the airport"

"Wyndham doesn't require refrigerators or microwaves in the room- the man at the desk informed us. No coffee maker either, but the breakfast bar was available early in the morning. Smoke detector had been removed from our room prior to arrival. Staff was polite and helpful. Good location, but currently a lot of construction next door. Probably wouldn't stay again, but it was fine."

"Everything was excellent! Our only complaint was that it took at least 5 minutes for the water to get hot in the shower every time."

"Toilet made loud noises when flushed, bathtub was very worn, very dirty frame under sides of mattress, poor selection of local tv channels."

"We had a nice stay the staff was great the restaurant within the property was great too. They had some construction going on when we stayed that caused some noise in the morning hours but we were traveling every day so didn’t cause any issues for us! The beds were very comfortable! Sleep well! They were remodeling the property during our stay as well so some rooms were upgraded and some still needed attention! All in all a very good stay! We were there 5 days."

"The staff was great, friendly personable & helpful. Facility was clean & provided lots of towels. Needs attention Bathroom door knob needs to be replaced, wouldn’t lock from inside bathroom. Thermostat needs to be replaced! Cooling system not consistent maybe because the thermostat doesn’t work properly."

"The property is easy to access from the major Hwy system. It is nice that they have a restaurant in house but the prices they charge seem to be excessive."

"Brand new units with lots of space. Full size kitchen, small living area and bedroom but big bathroom, walk in closet and even a laundry room. The staff was friendly and free snacks and sodas were appreciated. The free breakfast is not substantial like at Embassy Suites as it's just pastries, pre-packaged hard boiled eggs and fruit but it's better than nothing. The downside was that a motor in the closet made a noise the whole time and I called maintenance and they said the fan needed to stay...
