"We stared here partly based on the breakfast reviews, now I don't know about most travelers but I don't consider cold cereal and toast as a excellent breakfast. That was what their breakfast consisted of, and of course coffee, juice, etc. The desk clerk that checked us in was less than friendly, but all the other staff were interacted with were very friendly. The room was clean, but it was the first hotel I've stayed at with no clock radio, plus our tv had a terrible picture, also the first hotel I've stayed at with no movie channels at all, only local channels and the Fox channel was just static, not a clear picture. It was very busy and they only had one working elevator for a busy six story hotel, very aggravating. Also the rooms need updating imo, didn't like the totally laminate floors throughout, I understood from a cleaning standpoint, but not from a comfort one. The good thing is parking was great so long as you put the paper they give you on your dashboard, or I bet you'll get towed."
"Although it was downtown, there wasn't many amenities around the property in terms of restaurants it didn't seem. We attended a concert and because the parkade was also used for concert goers and the hotel is actually located a few floors up, the only real access was via elevator. 2 of the 4 elevators were working after the concert, so it was an absolute train wreck trying to get people up to the parkade and to the hotel. There were so many frustrated and angry people trying to access the elevator. I could not imagine waiting in that line if you were elderly, had a disability or other limitations. Not convenient at all and would most likely not stay here again because of this issue."
